OUTDOOR: Finished second in the 800m at the Big West Championships in a time of 1:50.86...helped the CSUN 4x400m relay finish fourth in a time of 3:13.89...ran the third fastest 800m time in school history (1:49.69) when he won the Longhorn Invitational May 3...ran season best in the 1500m (4:03.24) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival Apr. 5.
INDOOR: Went :49.65 in the 400m to open the indoor season at the Great Dane Classic Jan. 17...finished second in the 800m (1:53.17) during the Saturday Night Shootout Jan. 18....ran the third fastest school indoor time in the 800m, 1:51.17, to place fourth at the Texas A&M Invitational Feb. 15.
PRIOR TO CSUN
Competed for UCLA during his 2013 freshman season...finished eighth in the 800m at the Pac-12 Championships (1:53.07)...recorded his season best 1:49.20 in the 800m at the Oxy Invitational May 4...advanced to the NCAA West Regional where he went to the second round of the 800m...ran the 400m and 1500m during the season as well...was ninth in the 800m at the MPSF Championships (1:52.68).
HIGH SCHOOL: Originally from Boulder, Colo., he graduated from the Army Navy Academy in San Diego, Calif...earned four varsity letters in track, cross country and basketball...named the team captain for both cross country and track...was the California state champion in the 800m (1:51.34) as a senior...named a San Diego All-Academic team captain for track and field in 2012.
