OUTDOOR: Was 10th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big West Championships (9:32.71)...posted season best time in the 3000 steeple at the UC Irvine/Steve Scott Invite...placed 11th at UCI (9:27.78)...made one appearance in the 10000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and finished 45th (31:54.90)...led off the CSUN "B" 4x400m relay at the CSUN Challenge May 2 as the team came in eighth in a time of 3:39.63.
INDOOR: Ran in one race the 3000m at the UW Open on Feb. 15...finished 51st in a time of 9:03.07.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six events for CSUN...top 6k time was 18:49.60 at the Highlander Invitational (24th)...finished 32nd at the Big West Championships in a season best 8k time of 25:19.70...placed 94 at the NCAA West Region, running 31:19.50 over the 10k course.
PRIOR TO CSUN: A member of the cross country and track and field teams at LA Valley College from 2012-13...Won the 2012 Western State Conference men's cross country title..finished 29th at the 2012 CCCAA SoCal Championships...placed 22nd at the CCCAA State Championships...finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase and 15th in the 5000m at the 2012 Western State Conference Track and Field Championships...was sixth in the steeplechase at the 2012 CCCAA State Championships...won the 2013 Western State Conference men's cross country title...was sixth in the 3000m steeplechase, 11th in the 5000m and 13th in the 10000m at the CCAAA SoCal Championships...finished fourth in the steeplechase at the 2013 CCCAA State Championships.
