OUTDOOR: Competed in six different events (200m, 400m, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, long jump, and pole vault) during the outdoor season...placed sixth in the pole vault (9-10) during the May 2 CSUN Challenge...was sixth in the 110m hurdles (:16.01) during the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational on Apr. 25...finished sixth in the 400m hurdles (:55.18) at the Northridge Invitational Mar. 21.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
PRIOR TO CSUN
Spent two seasons (2011-13) at El Camino College in Torrance, Calif...as a hurdler and 400 meter runner for the Warriors...Spent one year (2010-11) at Morehouse College (Atlanta, Ga.) but did not compete for the Maroon Tigers.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Junipero Serra High School...was a hurdler for the Cavaliers who won CIF Division IV championships in 2009 and 2010...his team also won Del Rey championships in 2009 and 2010...graduated with a 3.9 grade point average.
PERSONAL: Son of Candy Williams and Van Alexander...has one younger sister, Adriana...favorites include the San Antonio Spurs, actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett, the TV show "Fast & Loud" and the movie "Oliver & Co." ...says his best sports moments are "any moment spent with the team putting in work on the track".
