2015 (R-SENIOR):
OUTDOOR: Reached the semifinals of the 100 and 200 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships...finished sixth in his heat and 17th overall in the 100 meters in a time of :10.22...was in the third heat of the 200m semifinals where he finished seventh in his heat and 19th overall in a time of :20.85...was named Big West Male Athlete of the Year after becoming the only male in Big West Conference history to win both the 100 and 200 meters three times...won the 100 in a time of :10.39 and the 200 in :20.84...also contributed the anchor leg as the CSUN 4x100 relay won the Big West crown for the ninth time in 13 years.
2014 (SENIOR/REDSHIRT)
OUTDOOR: Redshirted the outdoor season.
INDOOR: Finished 11th in the 60 meter prelims at 6.88 and was 30th in the 200 meter prelims at 22.76 at the MPSF Championships...clocked an indoor best :6.77 to finish second in the 60m at the Great Dane Classic (Jan. 17)...his time ranks second in CSUN Indoor history...season best in the 200m (:21.54) came at the NYU Shootout (Jan. 18).
2013 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. (June 5-8) for the first time...ran a lifetime best :10.22 in the 100m prelims to finish 13th earning second team All-America honors...his time broke his own CSUN 100m record...finished 21st in the 200m prelims in :20.78 to earn honorable mention All-America honors...ran :10.23 in the 100 meter prelims at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in Austin, Texas (May 23-25)...advanced to the semifinal round where he ran :10.48 to earn a spot in the NCAA Championships...clocked a school record time of :20.73 in the 200m prelims to advance to the semifinals where he finished eighth in 20.79 which also moved on to the NCAA's...was named Big West Male Athlete of the Year after sweeping the 100 and 200 meters as well as running the second leg of the CSUN 4x100 relay and the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay at the Big West Championships (May 10-11) in Northridge...became the fourth CSUN sprinter in the last five years to sweep both the 100 and 200 meters...ran :10.46 in the prelims and final to win the 100m and ran a blistering :20.89 to win the 200...anchored the 4x100 relay that ran :40.00, the second fastest time in CSUN history.
INDOOR: Ran :6.87 in the 60 meter final at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 23) which was good for third-place...clocked a time of :6.82 in the prelims which ranks eighth in CSUN Indoor history.
2012 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Finished second to teammate Kemar Marsden in the 100m at the Big West Championships...ran :10.62 in the final after running 10.68 in the prelims...finished fifth in the final of the 200m in a season-best time of :21.62...ran the anchor leg of the Matadors' 4x400 relay team that posted CSUN's best time of the year (3:14.80) at the Mt. SAC Relays (Apr. 21).
INDOOR: Ran a season best :6.85 in the 60m at the Great Dane Classic in New York (1/20/12)...time ranks in a tie for eighth in Matador Indoor history...top 200m time of 21.86 (career best) came at the Boise State Team Challenge (2/11/12).
2011 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Named Big West Conference Men's Freshman of the Year...a two-time winner of Big West Track Athlete of the Week (Mar. 16, May 4)...advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary round in both the 100 and 200 meters as well as the 4x100 relay...ran :10.71 in the 100 prelims and :21.75 in the 200 prelims and did not advance to the semifinals in either event ...the Matador 4x100 relay team clocked a time of :42.09 to place 20th...became the second CSUN sprinter in the last three years (De'Shawn Waters) to sweep both the 100 and 200 meters at the Big West Championships...won the 100 meters in a time of :10.55 which was a season-best and ranks fourth on the Northridge freshman top-10...ran :21.17 to win the 200 meters to hold off teammate David Reid...ran a season best :21.11 to finish third at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational...his time ranks ninth in Northridge history and second in freshman history...ran the opening leg of the Big West champion 4x100 relay that won in :40.57.
INDOOR: Finished eighth in the 60m at the MPSF Championships in a season best :6.91 after running :6.93 in the prelims...placed 16th in the 200 meter prelims and did not reach the final...ran a season best 21.98...ran the opening leg of the 4x400 relay team that finished 10th in a season-best 3:20.82.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Skyline High School...earned All-Bay Area first team honors as a senior in 2010 for the Titans track squad...his team won four straight Oakland Athletic League championships from 2007-2010...top times were 10.66 in the 100 meters, 21.44 in the 200, 48.60 in the 400...also earned Iron Man and Super Titan awards.
PERSONAL: Father is Winford Horsley and stepmother is Tamika Tobar...major is Kinesiology...favorites include the Phoenix Suns, US sprinter Jeremy Wariner, actors Will Ferrell and Jada Pinkett-Smith, the TV show "George Lopez" and the movie "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" ...favorite website is Hulu.com...says his greatest moment in sports was "winning the 4x200 relay at the Simplot Games".
