2019 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Competed five times…a part of the CSUN 4x400m relay that finished first (3:20.39) at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge Mar. 9…ran the 200m, 400m, and 400m hurdles…turned in a season best in the 200m at the USC Invitational Mar. 16 by going :21.97 (11th) overall…also ran a season best in the 400m at the USC Invitational (:48.12) to place fourth…his season best in the 400m occurred during the Stanford Invitational Mar. 29 when he posted a time of :53.34…finished second in the 400m at the San Diego College Challenge and third in the 400m hurdles at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Apr. 18.
INDOOR: Competed in three events…finished fourth in the 600m at the University of New Mexico Team Invitational (1:24.66)…ran season best :48.12 in the 400m to come in eighth at the New Mexico Don Kirby Invitational…finished 15th (:48.19) in the 400m at the MPSF Championships…a member of the CSUN 4x400m relay at each event.
PRIOR TO CSUN: Began career at El Camino College...won four 400-meter hurdles events and took second on four other occasions...set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the 59th Mt. SAC relays with a time of :51.42...member of the 2016 USA World Jr. Team in the 400-meter hurdles...selected to the 2017 World University Games team...transferred to the University of Arizona where he was a member of the Wildcats during the 2018 season...a member of the 2016 USA World Jr. Team in the 400-meter hurdles...selected to the 2017 World University Games Team.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Crenshaw High School.
PERSONAL: Son of Jessie and Joey Alexander…a sociology major…has one brother (Joey), and one sister (Mark) and says the toughest thing about being an athlete is the constant practices…says his favorite food is pancakes.
