2012 (R-SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Placed fourth in the discus at the Big West Championship (152-7)...was second in the discus (151-5) and fifth in the hammer throw (143-0) at the Rainbow Relays...finished fourth in the discus in the season opening Northridge Invitational (148-3)...was fourth in the discus at the Cal-Nevada Championships (156-11)...reset career best in the hammer throw (150-3) to finish seventh at the Cal State LA Twilight Open.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2011 (R-JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Recorded a fifth-place finish in the discus at the Big West Championship (146-3)...season-best of 146-4 in the discus came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational where she placed second...also posted season-bests of 138-6 (Northridge Invitational) in the hammer and 103-0 (Aztec Invitational) in the javelin
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2010 (R-SOPHOMORE): Finished fifth in the discus at the Big West Championship after throwing a career- best 157-0...finished 11th in the javelin at the Big West Championship (111-0) and 13th in the hammer throw (146-9)...posted a season best mark in the hammer with a throw of 149-11 at the USC Trojan Invitational...best javelin mark of the season was 120-11 (36.87) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2009 (R-FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Finished fourth in the discus at the Big West Championship (152-3) and was seventh in the javelin with a season best 122-5....charted season-best in the discus at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational where she threw 152-3 to place fourth...also posted season-bests of 39-7 (Trojan Invitational) in the shot put and 135-9 in the hammer.
INDOOR: Posted season bests of 34 0 3/4 (Bengal Shootout) in the shot put and 42-5 1/4 (Bengal Shootout) in the weight throw.
PRIOR TO CSUN:Â A member of the track and field team at Ventura College from 2007-08.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A 2007 graduate of Ventura High School...named All-Channel League in the shot put and discus as a senior...also earned All-County honors in the discus...named MVP after scoring the most points for the Cougars track & field team...finished in the top-10 in the state meet in 2007...also competed in volleyball, water polo, swimming and soccer... graduated with a 3.3 grade point average.
PERSONAL:Â Daughter of Janeanne and Fred Morgan...major is child & adolescent development...has one younger brother, Alex...was also recruited by UCLA, Oregon, Washington and UC San Diego...favorite TV show is "How It's Made", favorite movie is "The Goonies" and favorite band is Slightly Stoopid...says "doing the robot" is her favorite pre-meet ritual.
