2012 (R-SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Placed second in the triple jump (40-0 1/4) and sixth in the long jump (18-8) at the Big West Championship...won the 110m hurdles (:14.63w) and third in the long jump (18-2 1/2) at the Rainbow Relays (Mar. 24)...was third in the long jump at the Apr. 19 Cal State LA Twilight Open (39-5 1/4)...posted career-best in the long jump (18-10 3/4) at the adidas/Steve Scott Invitational Apr. 29.
INDOOR: Finished seventh in the triple jump at the MPSF Championship with a leap of 39-9 1/4...competed in the 60m hurdles, running :8.99 in the preliminaries (21st), but did not advance to the finals...ran :8.99 in the 60m hurdles at the Jackson's T Invitational to finish second...was second in the triple jump (38-5 1/2) at the Jackson's T Invitational...named Academic All-MPSF.
2011 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the year as a redshirt in the CSUN program.Â
2010 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Battled back from injury to compete in both the long jump and triple jump at the Big West Championship...finished 10th in the triple jump with a best of 38-7 and fouled on her attempts in the long jump...posted a season-best of 18-9 1/4 in the long jump to finish fourth at the Cal-Nevada Championships (Mar. 28) and had a season-best of 39-10 1/2 in the triple jump at the Northridge Invitational (Mar. 13)...ran a season and career-best :14.17 in the 100m meter hurdles at the CSUN Invitational and clocked a season-best :26.10 in the 200 at the Sun Angel Classic (Apr. 10).
INDOOR: Finished second in the triple jump with an indoor best 40-3 1/4 at the MPSF Championship...was ninth in the 60m hurdle prelims in an indoor best :8.73 and 16th in the long jump (17-8 3/4)...posted a season-best of 18-1 1/2 in the long jump at the Boise State Invitational (Feb. 13)...named Academic All-MPSF.
2009 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR:Â Reached the NCAA West Regional in the triple jump where finished 12th with a leap of 39-10 1/2...earned a berth in the Big West Championship in five events for the team champion Matadors...finished second in the long jump after jumping a season best 19-5 3/4 and was third in the triple jump with another season best of 41-9 3/4 ...her triple jump mark ranks fifth in Matador history...also finished fifth in the 100m hurdles (:14.30), sixth in the heptathlon with a career best of 4710 points and 15th in the javelin (102-1)...ran a career-best :14.25 in the 100m hurdles at the Cal-Nevada Championships where she finished 10th in the prelims.
INDOOR: Reached the final of the 60m hurdles at the MPSF Championship where she finished sixth in a season best :8.81 which is the eighth-best time in school history...also competed in the long jump and triple jump at the MPSF's...finished 11th in the long jump with a season-best 18-6 1/2 and was ninth in the triple jump with a leap of 38-7.
2008 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR:Â Ran :14.87 in the 100m hurdle prelims but did not reach the finals of the Big West Championship...posted a season best :14.67 in the 100m hurdles at the UC Irvine Steve Scott Invitational...finished fifth in the Big West in the triple jump with a mark of 39-10 1/2...posted a season-best of 39-11 1/4 at the Northridge Invitational...scored 2622 points on day one of the Big West heptathlon but did not compete day two.
INDOOR: Finished ninth in a season best :9.00 in the 60m hurdle prelims at the MPSF Championship but did not earn a spot in the final...placed ninth in the triple jump with a Northridge indoor season best 39-2 1/2 to finish 16th in the long jump (17-11.75)...named Academic All-MPSF.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A 2007 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School...named track team MVP as a junior and senior...earned All-City Horizontal Jumper of the Year in 2006 and 2007...the Cardinals were four-time Central Coast Section champions (2004-07) and won the state title in 2007...lettered in basketball...graduated with a 3.4 grade point average.
PERSONAL:Â Daughter of Phyllis and Paul Dugall...major is forensic anthropology...has two sisters, Jazmine and Nia and one brother, Isaiah...was also recruited by San Diego State and Texas Christian University...favorite actors are Taye Diggs and Sanaa Lathan, favorite show is "America's Top Model", favorite movie is "Brown Sugar" and favorite band is Earth, Wind & Fire...says her greatest moment in sports was winning the league triple jump title...lists Josephine Baker as the one person in history she would like to meet...likes to sleep, read or go to the beach in her spare time.
