OUTDOOR: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary round for the second year in a row and first in the 200m...ran :21.67 in the 200 prelims to narrowly miss advancing to the semifinal round...ran the anchor leg of the 4x100 relay team that finished 20th in a time of :42.09...finished second in the 200 and third in the 100 at the Big West Championships...ran a season-best :10.67 in the 100 prelims before running :10.68 in the final...clocked a time of :21.24 in the 200 final...posted season-best of :21.20 came at the Asics/Steve
Scott Invitational where he finished fourth... the CSUN men won the 4x100 relay title in a season-best :40.57...a wind-aided season-best in the 100m came at the Texas Relays where he posted a time of :10.58.

INDOOR: Qualified for the 100 and 200 meters at the MPSF Championship... finished 12th in the 200m in a time of :21.89...ran an indoor season-best (:21.81) to finish second at the Boise State Team Challenge...finished 24th in the 100m prelims in:7.08..ran a season-best :7.02 at the UW Invitational.

2010 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships...a member of the 4x100m relay team that were disqualified in the preliminary round for passing out of the zone...ran the third leg of the relay that ran :39.94 to claim 10th place at the NCAA West Region Championships in Austin, Texas...reached the region championships in the 100m and 200m...finished a Northridge-best 18th in the 200m prelims in a time of :21.24 to advance to the semifinals where he placed 20th in :21.32...finished 38th in the 100m prelims in a time of :10.81...was the Big West 200m champion after running a season-best :21.10 in the final which ranks seventh in Matador history...also finished fourth in the 100m (:10.64) after running a season-best :10.58 in the prelims...ran leg three of the Big West champion 4x100m relay that clocked a season-best :39.86 which is a Northridge record.

INDOOR: Finished fourth in an indoor season-best :21.64 in the 200m at the MPSF Championship...qualified in the 100m where he ran a season-best :6.96 in the prelims but did not reach the final...ran the second leg of the Matadors' 4x400 relay that ran an indoor season-best 3:30.99 at the Boise State Invitational.

PRIOR TO CSUN: Spent two seasons 2008-09 at Sacramento City College...named Big 8 Runner of the Year as well as NorCal Runner of the Year for the Panthers track squad.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Eureka (Mo.) High School...competed in track all four years...lettered all four seasons as a sprinter for coach Chadd Lamason.... was also a team captain for the Wildcats.

PERSONAL: Son of Dorothy and Derrick Reid... major is Psychology...has one brother Edrick and one sister, Roxanne...favorites include actor Idris Elba, the movie "The Matrix", cheeseburgers and the music of The Roots and Lil Wayne...says his greatest moment in sports was "Qualifying for Nationals"...says the best thing about being an athlete is "breaking records"
