2011 (SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the Big West 800m...ran a season-best 1:54.59 in the prelims and narrowly missed qualifying for the final...also ran 1:54.62 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific...posted a season-best of 4:04.47 in the 1,500m to place 21st at the Cal-Nevada Championships.
INDOOR: Ran a season-best of :50.51 in the 400m to finish 27th at the MPSF Championship...clocked a season-best 1:55.63 in the 800m at the Boise State Team Challenge ...also ran the third leg of the distance medley relay that finished 10th (10:30.75) at the MPSF Championship.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran four cross country meets which included a 160th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional (33:35.00)...was CSUN's top finisher at the UC Riverside Invitational in a time of 26:44.3.
2010 (JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Placed 17th in 800m qualifying at the Big West Championship ran a time of 1:58.49 and did not reach the event final...clocked a season-best 1:55.51 at the Steve Scott Invitational at UC Irvine (May 2) where he also posted a season-best :50.61 in the 400m...ran a career-best 3:59.73 in the 1,500m at the Tommie Lister Classic at Cal State LA (Apr. 24).
INDOOR: Ran an indoor personal-best 1:57.20 in the 800m at the UW Invitational (Jan. 30)...went on to finish 21st at the MPSF Championship in 2:01.18.
2009 (SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR: Competed in the 800m and 1,500m...finished seventh in the 800m in a time of 1:54.34 at the Big West Championships...ran 1:53.88 in the prelims...posted a lifetime-best 1:53.85 at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational at UC Irvine (May 3)...clocked a season-best time of 4:11.58 in the 1,500m at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational at UCLA (Apr. 11).
INDOOR: Ran a season-best 1:59.81 in the 800m prelims at the MPSF Championship but did not reach the final...named Academic All-MPSF.
2008 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Finished 10th in the 800m (2:02.53) at the Big West Championship...ran a Matador season-best 1:55.17 in the 800m at the UCLA Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner Kersee Invitational...also posted season-bests of :50.18 in the 400m and 4:07.57 in the 1,500m.
INDOOR: Finished 19th in the 800m at the MPSF Championship in a season-best 1:57.31..also placed 23rd in the 400m in a time of :49.96.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Monroe High School...earned varsity letters in track...named track team MVP for the Vikings...won the city championship in the 800m and was All-League in the 400m and 800mand 4x400m relay.
PERSONAL: Son of Rubia Morales...major is Business Law...has one brother, Christopher... cousin Zenaida Morales also ran track at Cal State Northridge favorites include the Los Angeles Lakers, "The Simpsons" and singer Kanye West.
