2012 (R-SENIOR)
OUTDOOR: Won the pole vault in lone outdoor appearance (15-7) at the Rainbow Relays Mar. 24.
INDOOR: Posted indoor career-best in the pole vault of 15-2 1/4 at the MPSF Championships to place 18th.
2011 (R-JUNIOR)
OUTDOOR: Had a season-best of 14-9 in the pole vault at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational where he finished tied for eighth
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2010 (R-SOPHOMORE)
OUTDOOR:Â Finished ninth in the pole vault at the Big West Championship...cleared a season-best 15-2 1/4 to finish just out of the scoring for the men's team ... also cleared 15-0 to finish second at the Cal State LA Twilight Open (Apr. 15).
INDOOR: Did not compete.
2009 (REDSHIRT): Took a medical redshirt in the CSUN program.
2008 (FRESHMAN)
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the pole vault at the Big West Outdoor Championship...no-heighted in all three attempts...matched the Northridge freshman record in the pole vault with a season-best 16-0 3/4Â at the UCLA Rafer Johnson/JJK Invitational.
INDOOR:Â Finished in a tie for 17th at the MPSF Indoor Championships with an indoor season-best height of 15-6 1/2 which ranks third in Matador indoor history.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of San Benito High School in Hollister, Calif...competed in varsity track and field and football...as a pole vaulter was named Most Outstanding Athlete for the T-Cal Champions...named Most Improved player on the Hay Baler football team...also competed in JV basketball...graduated with a 3.0 grade point average.

Son of Karen Schroder...major is Civil Engineering...has one younger sister, Monet...favorites include actors Adam Sandler and Angelina Jolie, the movie "Transformers" and the band 30 Seconds To Mars...says is he were the president of the NCAA for one day, he would “make everyone pole vault.”           Â
